Frequent urination
Frequent urination is when your bladder feels the need to be emptied of urine more than eight times during a 24-hour period. In medical terminology, this condition is also known as polyuria.
There are many causes of frequent urination, but one of the underlying factors is diabetes.
Decreased force of urination
A decrease in the force of urination can occur when the body has gone through great physical stress, such as during periods of irregular food intake and lack of sleep. The kidneys play the main role in controlling this. When you are experiencing a decrease in the force of urination, it is important to find out what is causing this change so that you can handle it accordingly and keep your health at a high level.

Blood in semen
The presence of blood in your semen is called hematospermia (also called hemospermia). Hematospermia can be a common concern for men who have it. However, it is unlikely to be a sign of a serious health condition.

Bone pain

Stages of Prostate Cancer:-
Stage 1: Stage 1 of Prostate Cancer is small and grows slowly. Although they occur within the prostate, they are not able to be detected during a physical exam. There are no symptoms of prostate cancer or other health problems in this stage 1st of prostate cancer.
Stage 2: In stage 2 of Prostate Cancer, the doctor can feel cancer in the prostate because they are larger than cancer in stage 1 of prostate cancer. There are two types of Prostate cancer in stages 2, 2A, and 2B. 2A cancers can be T1 tumors with high PSA or T2 or T2B with low PSA. 2B cancers can be T2C tumors or those with a high PSA can be T2A or T2B.
Stage 3: Stage 3 of Prostate cancer has grown very rapidly outside the prostate. They may have reached the seminal vesicles and not the rectum or bladder. Stage 3 of Prostate Cancer is mostly reversible after treatment.
Stage 4: Stage 4 of Prostate cancer is a metastasis stage. It is likely to spread to nearby organs such as the rectum, bladder, or nearby lymph nodes. Distant organs such as bones may also be affected. Mostly, this stage is not curable.
Treatments for Prostate Cancer:-

This may involve using a laparoscopic or robotic approach or open surgery.

Hormone therapy – The hormones that help cancer cells grow are blocked so that they cannot reach the cancer cells. Prostate cancer cells depend on the hormone testosterone to grow and divide. Methods include the use of drugs that reduce the production of testosterone, drugs that block the supply of testosterone, and surgical removal of the testicles to completely stop the production of testosterone. This method is used to reduce the size of cancer and is also used before radiation therapy to treat advanced cases of prostate cancer.
